I called early to see if they had walk ins.  They said no but the earliest would be 2:30 pm.  I agreed.  Got there 15 mins early and was told i did NOT have an appointment.   I called the number on the page.  I waited 20 mins for a simple high and tight cut.  Staff was nice.

I went in they told me it would be a 30 minute wait I waited over an hour and just left as they were taking people and she continued to say that I was next... after over an hour I left very terrible service and rude employees

Walk-in based business, with ability to take appointments for styles, colors, or processing of hair. Very personable employees, who always go out of their way to make sure they are taking care of you. If they are busy they let you put your name on the list and come back! So not only do you not have to wait in store, but if you are back before someone ahead of you, you can be pushed forward with less of a wait! They also let you call while you are on your way, and get on the list. Very cost conscious, and easy to work with if you have a busy schedule.

I went in for a haircut like I always have in the past. Never had any issues. Was told there would be a hour and 15 minutes wait.  I said can I come back in 2 hours she told me no. Then I asked if I could make an appointment. Again she told me no. So I will not be returning to this place ever. Apparently, for them, giving a haircut is too much of a problem for them to handle. In the past there was always lots of people waiting for haircuts. Today there was no one there except 1 person getting a haircut. Looks like business is booming. Wow. Dont go here people. They can't keep customers because they are rude and unwilling to schedule an appointment.
