I've had great experiences at Cost Cutters. I've been very pleased with the cuts Tiffany has done. I've paid a lot more for haircuts that weren't as good. A great value.

We just moved to Kearney and I needed to try a new place to get a haircut. So, I chose Cost Cutters. I will never ever return!! The young lady who cut my hair ( first chair on the right behind the counter ) never introduced yourself to me, made me feel like she did not want to talk to me and it was out of her way to speak to me. When I tried to talk to her, her tone and body language made me feel like I was beneath her. When I asked her why she worked here instead of where she lived, she replied and I quote "because I wanted to". Rude. Disrespectful. At least when you're working on someone who's paying money for a service you need to at least pretend that you are glad that they are there and that you want to talk to them and take interest in them. Be kind instead of jerking their head around to get it just right for YOU. Listen to their instructions and do not blame the customer if they don't tilt their head exactly the way YOU want it. Take a little more time with your customer. Smile. Be kind. Introduce yourself. Be happy they are sitting in your seat and giving you business (And money.) One more thing, when you're working on a paying customer do not step away to see what is going on at the front of the store in a conversation between two other people. OMG!! WORSE SERVICE EVER BY THIS PERSON.

Waited in parking lot for store to open for 20 minutes. First and only one through the door at open. Informed I️ could not get a haircut for two and a half hours because there was only one person working and she had a hair coloring scheduled to show up.

Had a wonderful experience here! I’m very picky and cautious when letting people cut my hair. Kyle is amazing!!
