I showed her a picture of what I wanted (layers with a "v" cut in back) and I literally got the exact opposite. It was straight across (but some chunks were missed and still long) and the angle in front is going the wrong direction. It looks like a 5 year old cut it. Worst haircut I have ever gotten and will never return.

I went here for the first time recently - loved my haircut but hated everything else. Is greeting someone with a smile too hard to ask? I was going to give the place another try a few weeks later. I called on a Friday night to make an appointment for the next day & was told I had to call the day-of...is this 1996 or 2016? (I can live with this - not a huge deal) but I then asked (before she hurriedly tried to hang up the phone) what was the name of the hair dresser I had at my last apt. She looked it up, reluctantly, & told me no one was under that number. The whole conversation I thought she came across very rude & made me feel like I was bothering her beyond belief b/c I called 5min's prior to close maybe?? Regardless why she acted that way, her unprofessional tone & exchange with me is a main reason why I'll never go here again.

I advise anyone reading this that you to pay a few extra bucks to go somewhere else - somewhere...anywhere...where the employees actually care & enjoy what they do.

every time my husband goes to this place, and never again, I have to straighten the back of his hair line, always crooked. different people are cuttibg his hsir.  Sarah has an attitude!!!  no cape around his neck, at least brush the hair off his neck ..for $15 and he has no hair as he is bald on most his head, we would expect more. no thank you.  they sat to come back and they will fix it... it would take longer to get there than to fix the bad cut.
