Extremely overpriced for low quality styling. I came to a salon because I thought they could do a better job straightening my hair than I could but that did not prove to be the case. They blow dried it leaving it extremely frizzy and it honestly looked bad. I asked to have it smoothed out by having a straightener run over it to make it look okay but not great. Using the straightener was an extra $12 and I was not informed of this until check out. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with the quality and will not return.

Still recovering from a year ago's terrible highlight job done on me. I asked for a specific color and was willing to pay more. They insisted I go with a trailer trash blonde ash dual colors. (My hair is turning grey and I wanted to embrace the new color..... )Thanks to them I've had to dump several permanent applications of darker shades in my hair, to hide this road side job they did to me. Never going back to this salon. Towers mall is harvesting bad businesses. So disappointing....

Cost cutters at Towers is the only cost cutters ill go to. Wouldnt go for some really serious job... but something simple sure why not. staff are professional enough and do a good job
