Today I walked into Cost Cutters for a hair cut only to get greeted by an employee named Hannah who was incredibly rude. I asked her a question, she looked at me and walked away as if it didn't matter. I also over heard her talking badly about some of the customers to other employees. Luckily, Brytnae took over and did an amazing job at cutting my hair and answering any questions I had. If it wasn't for her, I would be leaving a 1 star review.

Cheap and hit or miss on quality 
Find a veteran staff that is fast and not rude. 
Been coming to cost cutters for years and have found unless you bring in a picture it's a hit or miss of quality and what you wanted.  Also found it upsetting that they don't hold true to appointment times.  Especially since I've been sick and have a bad back so waiting for them to finish another appointment isn't fair. A few minutes wait time to my appointment turned into 20 min later

I was very impressed with the manager of this salon, Mary.  She went above and beyond the call of duty and stayed extra late to help my daughter with her hair.  The hair had gotten unbelievably tangled after some summer swimming and Mary patiently and expertly worked through the matted previously braided hair to make it manageable again.  What was best is that there were absolutely no tears!  I can't thank you enough Mary!  You are amazing!  I hope your employers know what a gem they have in you!

My husband has also had hair cuts from you and he said that you have always done a great job on his hair as well.  Much appreciated!
