So sad. I took my 3 year old daughter here because we needed an expert trim as she is growing out a pixie cut. I carefully explained to the stylist that I didn't want any off the top, only to feather the bangs a little and trim around the sides to let the hair grow out without looking messy. She didn't listen to me at all, but I thought she just understood because she was a professional. She also had zero words to say to my baby who was getting her first salon wash, and went right into giving her "a layered haircut" telling me "when you think of a haircut you think of it being even." She cut it evenly all over, like a boys. We are back to where we were 3 months ago. She has her first dance lessons this summer. I can't even believe it :_( When I told her (I actually stopped her from cutting the back and finished it myself at home) she acted shocked and I even apologized and tipped her. But she wasn't that concerned going into it. My poor girl.

Just don't waste time there, worst cut in my life, and they could give a rip. Called headquarters as they said the owner of the place would be calling me back, yeah nothing yet. My hair and bangs are so short I look like Mo, or an Amish man with a bowl cut. Not a damn thing I can do until it grows back out. And side note, they didn't clean in between customers all she did was push the hair away from the chair with a broom and used the same comb and cutters on me as the last person. That's gross. Spend a few more dollars and go someplace else.

Totally got my haircut wrong, and ended up with way too short hair, and left unhappy. Don't waste your time coming here

Worst experience ever!! The stylist (older woman),was hurrying through the haircut so another customer could look at the problem with her foot (think he was a podiatrist?)!?!?! Brought a picture of the cut we wanted, she would not do the cut. She quoted us $24.00 and then charged us $26.00. She was very rude, disrespectful and was talking to everyone in the shop and not listening to my daughter!?!?

Staff was really friendly even towards a first timer like myself. Got the exact cut I asked for.
