Just showed up to get a haircut and there was ONE stylist working. She politely informed me she was just getting ready to do a color that would take 1.5 hours- did I want to get put on a list and come back, or did I want to wait? Really? I just drove 6 miles to get my hair cut. I'm not going to drive it again in an hour and a half. Procedures that are going to take that long should not be scheduled when only one stylist is working. Too bad, I'm usually a good tipper.

If you're black don't even go here. My wife took our son here to get his haircut, never ever again. They lied on the phone and said they can cut black people hair because when my wife and son came home I was in shock at his haircut..the girl who hacked his head up name is brittany, Brittany has no business cutting hair, POINT BLANK!!!! Then after she gave him a half butt fade that was uneven and not faded in correctly, she tells him she can't line him up because they don't have the right clippers smh we right back up there to get a refund when I was belittled by some smart mouth tall skinny dude...100 percent dissatisfied with their rude and obnoxious service and still didn't get a refund, when I asked for a managers number they gave me a number that has nothing to do with customer complaints, it was a number for employees to call if they run into any problems during the shift...these people in here are sad

I had a wonderful experience!! Kelli was absolutely amazing and always does a fantastic job with my hair!! Very appreciative to have a stylist to make my hair look great and is great company while getting my hair done!!
