Have had my hair cut here numerous times. Always do a great job.

All I wanted was my sides cut at size 2 an to keep the top long so my hair leans to the side instead of moving my hair back so she can cut my hair she cuts it so now half my hair is long an short on top an my sides are not even cut all the way worst place

I will agree that this place is excellent for what I need.  I have very low maintenance hair.  It's thin and straight, so I really can't do anything crazy with it and I like the color so I never get it colored except once in the fall to help get the last of the summer blonde out (which can look a little silly).  

Each time I go in there, the staff is very nice, listens to me and also gives me suggestions for when I'm ready for the big change up.  I'm going short soon and I'll know the stylist will know what looks good and won't look good on my face.  That kind of reassurance is nice, especially when going to a new haircut.  Eeek!

For a person looking for an affordable, great place to get her hair cut at any time of day, this Cost Cutters is great!

I WENT IN TO HAVE MY HAIR DONE AND THEY FIRST OF ALL HAD ME IN THERE FOR 6HOURS AND NEVER COULD TURN MY HAIR THE COLOR I PICKED FROM THERE PALAT.  THEN THEY TRIED TO LIE TO ME AND MAKE ME BELIEVE MY HAIR WAS THAT COLOR EVEN THOUGH IT WAS ORANGE ON TOP AND MANY COLORS THROUGH OUT.  THEY THEN CUT MY HAIR WITH IT BEING REALLY SHORT IN FRONT AND LONG IN THE BACK AND TRIED TO TELL ME IT WAS LAYERED.  WHEN TALKING TO THE MANAGER, SHE WAS VERY RUDE AND WORTHLESS.  I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMAND THIS SALOON TO ANYONE, NOT EVEN MY WORST ENEMY.  IT WAS HORRIABLE I HAD TO CALL THERE HEAD QUARTERS TO GET MY HAIR FIXED.  IN WHICH THEY SEEM TO STICK UP FOR THERE OWN PEOPLE..I EVEN WANTED TO MEET THE DIRECTOR IN DES MOINES TO SHOW HER MY HAIR BUT SHE THOUGHT IT WAS NOT WORTH IT.  SO BEWARE...BEWARE!!!

Not to take away from your message or anything but do the following next time: A.) don't use ALL CAPS in a message, B.) Save your review for when you've cooled down, you may have noticed your "horriable" spelling errors (seriously, who could take your "recommand" for this "saloon" seriously).  By the way the correct spelling of those words are horrible, recommend, and salon (a saloon is a bar).  I won't go into the other spelling and grammar errors.  If you want someone to take your opinion into consideration please make sure it sounds as though you've passed the 8th grade.

I've been going to this location for over a year now, since I moved to the Des Moines area.  The only unpleasant thing I've noticed is someone's bratty kid running around while the parent sits in the chair and does nothing.  For me to go to the same place more than a few times means they do a good job.

All of the girls, including the manager, have been very good to me and always done as I've asked.  I've had probably 10 of them cut my hair.

I'm sorry you had a bad experience, but please don't think that it's indicative of everyones' experiences or reflective of this location or its employees.
