Although the staff is friendly, these people are a scam. The only reason they have high ratings is because they ask you to review them on the spot while getting helped. They stall your process of getting "quality" insurance until you have successfully written them a positive review on Google.
I came here a few years ago not knowing what I was getting into by speaking with a broker and they took advantage of that. 
I was in desperate need for car insurance and I thought going there would save me time and money but I lost so much of both.
They charge EXTRA fees that you are unaware of because they are obviously trying to get their cut. The monthly premium may be a little lower but the initial start up cost is so ridiculous that it off sets everything.
I had to pay a ridiculous amount of money just to sign up for my insurance and then pay even more month to month and paid to cancel this service. 
Please beware. If you come here know that you are coming to see a BROKER  that is trying to get commission off of you (if you don't know what a broker is/does or the difference from an Agent look it up). I was too naive at the time to know what that meant but I am hoping this will help others.

Didn't know what to expect walking in. After we visited we were very happy with the service, Great customer service from Jesse Gracia put 100% effort in finding us a low cost insurance.

Jose and Jesse were a great help, they got me the insurance I needed and provided me with excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend them to everyone I know.

The experience  i had with this Cost u less insurance company  had been  amazing.  I was helped by  a very  amiable lady  by the name of Gracie. She gave us the best offer that  we can have with  our car insurance. At the end of the deal, she reffered us to another gentleman in the person of Jose who led us through  the way untill we closed it with a fair discount.  I have to rate these guys Gracie and Jose with excellent performance. They do their  duties and responsiblities very professionally making their clients  comfortable  and very satisfied.
