BEST PLACE EVER! Cary and staff are amazing! I started working with Cary about two months ago for a new Achilles injury that I got being on my feet running around all the time due to school and sports and for the longest time it skilled to walk around campus or even go for a short job around the park with friends. It was diagnosed as Achilles tendinitis and I guess its swelling of the tendon due to over working and improper care. Any who it hurt tremendously to walk or do any sort of fun activity on my legs. I found Costa Sports Therapy on help and a similar location further away (that I do attend as well if convenient) but Yorba Linda happen to be closer to work. I was amazed on my first visit due to the knowledge and experience this man had about the human anatomy and how he spoke about the sport of running and anything can be the cause of an injury. During my first visit I got treatment which is not normal at other locations. Don't want to talk negative about other places but in my past history an initial visit is all about talking and little to no therapy. The Yorba Linda location is smaller then other locations but really convenient because it is located on the other side of a doctors office and you get to learn a lot. After three weeks of 2x a week I felt like I had a new leg without any pain during activities which was a huge bonus. Some of the exercises Cary has you doing are rediculess and intense; really helps indicate the weaknesses of the body and help determine what needs work on. I have no pain and running like there is no tomorrow but from time to time I still pop in to work on other injuries or to get adjusted to keep the injures away. I would recommend this mans services if you really are seeking to improve an injury or general maintenance. You learn I great deal of information to help you in the long run and live a overall better life. I have recommended a number or friends and athletes to Cary because he does great work and loves the sports.

Just a few weeks ago, I was suffering from chronic knee pain from strenuous physical activity. Even though the pain was not extremely painful, it was starting to affect various aspects of my life; for example running, hiking, and sometimes walking around at work. In just a few sessions, the pain had started to subside and I could feel my muscles getting stronger. Dr. Costa and his team of aides were truly amazing and friendly. He was able to quickly diagnose my knee problem and provide a quick fix to my everyday life. The instructions for exercises and training was clear and straight forward, which possibly accelerated the recovery process. Dr. Costa made an effort to be always encouraging and friendly no matter how busy he was! I'm now ready to start training again and with the correct tools. I'll be back on road soon, running marathons!

This place is amazing!! I had a hip injure I just could not figure for almost a year, was bounced around by doctors and physical therapy places till I finally ended up at Costa sports therapy. And within 4 weeks my hip was as good as new and has never bothered me since. Thanks again guys!

My family and I have been going to this clinic for years. The service is very individualized and the treatment is the best quality I've ever had. I went here for scoliosis treatment, they also helped my dad with knee problems and my brother after having surgery. I know every time I go this clinic, I will be greeted by friendly staff and great service. If you're looking for a good quality physical therapy clinic, this would be the place to go.

I've been coming to this location for about two weeks 3 times a week. This place is excellent. The staff is great and very friendly. Dr. Cary is a very knowledgeable person and very professional. The exercises he's been working on are extremely helpful and I can feel a big difference on my back. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that has had an injury or needs therapy of any kind.
