1) my new prescription took me a couple of weeks to realize they made a mistake on the dose strength.  Called them and asked to keep me posted on their guidelines so that this mistake doesn't happen again to someone else....never heard from them...a pharmacist did call and condescendingly suggest I cut the pill in half...no apologies..no offer of pill cutter...nothing. 
2) This is not as bad as the first complaint...My dog's eye prescription's price went up  triple!  They failed to inform me beforehand (i was on the phone with them before I went to pick up) so, they just wasted my time.

Pharmacy frequently just doesn't even answer the phone.  It rings until their system hangs up on you.  No voicemail.
