I have been using Costco Pharmacy for years. You can’t beat the prices. However, the last three times I have come they’ve had multiple workers and no one to greet the customer. I feel like I am interrupting and inconveniencing them. I had to wait over 30 minutes for a prescription that had been called in 30 before I arrived. I have been very disappointed. I hope Costco Pharm ramps up their customer relations.

I don't know why they employ 4+ people to only have one person doing check out. I don't really appreciate waiting in line for 20+ minutes for my transaction; which should have taken 2 minutes, but they had failed to get my prescription ready, despite the fact it was supposed to be ready 5 hours earlier. Taking my business elsewhere. If you like long lines and minimal service this is the place for you.

Great service, great prices. Was going to pay $168 with insurance elsewhere, paid $17 here.
