This is the strangest Costco I have ever seen. Non-perishable items are on the first floor. If you want any food you have to take a conveyer belt with your cart to the second floor. Employees stand at the top and bottom to make sure there are not any problems. This is a slow process and if you have a full cart I would be worried about getting down. There is an elevator, but enjoy standing in line for that. The two frozen aisles are extremely limited and no one was manning the fresh fish section for the hour that I was there. I won't be going back.

If the rotisserie chickens that are located on the second floor, were the only thing I bought at this store, it would probably still be worth getting the membership. However, the list of amazing items at great prices that I get here is really quite astounding. Raw food, fresh food, frozen food, canned food, cooked food, ready to cook food, boxed food, rotisserie chickens!!!! Home goods, outdoor goods, clothing, books, electronics, and the list goes on. One thing that I really appreciate, is that they change many items out seasonally, like heaters or window AC units for example. They give great discount prices, because they will sell à ton of that item for the season and then it's gone.

Costco Management and team members, We would just like to take this time to say thank you to the Costco in Port Chester, NY. My daughter had dropped her car and house keys in between the gap in the elevator. This happened on Wednesday, May 3rd. During this time, we were quickly reassured by Cordel, a manager, that we will be getting the keys back by Thursday morning. I also talked to the other manager, David and Todd. As promised, I got the keys back this morning. I would just like to say thank you to the management at Costco for their help and amazing service and hope they are recognized for their kindness. Thank you,

This is a huge, 2 floor COSTCO! Plenty of parking, great choices in food , Tv's, cell phones, pet products, children and adult clothes, outdoor furniture, beers, wines, hot food court, gardening utensils, solar lights, cookware, the list goes on! We're there at least once a week!

Typical Cosco... great hotdogs and long checkouts. Parking lot is always packed.
