This Costco is crazy busy!! I still give it five stars because their staff has always been great (like most Costcos). I had to talk to management once because of a mistake they made, giving me an incorrect electronics product from the cage. The manager fixed it without an issue. He didn't compensate me for my time wasted having to go back to the store but I was still happy he rectified the situation without any hassle. Parking is always a little crazy. I prefer to go during the weekdays, on weekends I've sometimes circled the lot for over 10 minutes looking for parking. Food court is outside. Tables can be a little dirty so make sure you get extra napkins to wipe down the table before you sit. Still, very nice, well kept Costco!

No gas station or car wash, but I understand they don't have much space for either at their current location. My biggest issue with Costco these past few years is their Kirkland Signature brand. The quality is lower, when it used to be a superior choice. It was great when they always had a name brand or a Kirkland option aside one another so you could choose. Now with increasing products being produced under their own brand, they're giving it's stock priority, and I don't care for it. If I didn't use my membership to get gas (in Oxnard and Simi) regularly, I would cancel my executive membership after 8 years without hesitation.

Costco is a guilty pleasure. You get tricked into delightful treats that are too tempting to resist. Great quality. I wish the bakery would use more all natural ingredients.

This Burbank Costco is a good store, with everything in it. However, it is also a very busy store, and unfortunately the traffic at those Burbank Blvd. intersections is sooooo busy most of the time. That factor makes it a challenge to get TO the store and then to get AWAY FROM once you've finished shopping. Their outdoor food court pulls in a lot of business from non-Costco members, so great for that income. However, the outside seating is less than optimum during heat waves, cold weather, or when the Santa Ana Winds are howling through the area. They have not yet upgraded/remodeled the gas station pumps to be 3 /per line, so the gas-wait can take awhile when the station is busy. (I was thinking that this is probably such a popular gas spot that shutting down the station in order to remodel is not yet such a practical option for them. I'm sure that they will come up with a plan about that some time in the near future. Meanwhile, the Costco gas price is so good that, most of the time, it may just be worth the wait !)

Love the Burbank Costco. So different than Glendale. Burbank has heavy customer volume but they know how to handle it. They have some good vegetarian options and selections for those who go that route. Glendales Costco needs to know people aren't just seasonal vegetarians and keep stuff in stock all year.
