The Cote Agency and Michele were fantastic with making my families switch to new homeowners, landlord and vehicle insurance as easy as possible.  Michele always had a quick response back via email answering all our questions and concerns, and willingness to provide any help needed to transition from our prior insurance company.  She was straight forward and made me feel comfortable right away.  It was nice to only deal with Michele, instead of talking to multiple people that you had to tell the whole story to multiple times.

We have had a great experience with cote over the last 5+ years. Michele just recently saved us almost 50$ a month on auto insurance! Service is always great and everyone is so friendly.

Michele has been my agent for as long as I know. She is very prompt at answering my emails and is knowledgeable as well. I refuse to go to another agency because there at Cote are wonderful people. I would recommend them to anybody in the area.

Michele Demopoulos is our agent in the Corinth office.  She is spectacular, her customer service is great, she is responsive and always helps us get the very best rates.  She is very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend her and The Cote Agency  to anyone and I do often.
