Disappointed to say the least. My large Pizza was fine, although they can't cut a pizza into even slices. My large order of Inn Styx was not so impressive. They hid a batch of burnt Inn Styx under a layer of nicely cooked breadstick. Food quality is terrible at this store.
Ordered the smokehouse BBQ pizza.. picked up the pizza in 20 minutes like they said get home and not only is everything cold but no bbq sauce on the BBQ pizza. They said I could bring it back and get it remade but it’s already 630 and my 14 month old goes to bed at seven so I don’t have time to go back. Very disappointed with the turn out of our order. Because we were having dinner way late I thought pizza will be good, it really says a lot when my 9 year old grabs a slice of pizza and asks to put it in the microwave bc it’s ice cold… I could had went to Walmart for a microwavable pizza. : and the two slices that were taken out of the box were so hard and crispy no one is eating it. What a bummer.
About two weekends ago we got a really skimpy pizza, the toppings were not all the way to the edge, whatever, it happens. When I called up there the situation was made right and the manager was very polite and helpful. I have always gotten quality food and good service here.
I would like to leave a higher rating but it only allows 5 stars. This restaurant is always clean, the staff is very polite and helpful. My daughter is 3 and she is a very picky eater. She loves the bbg chicken Pizza. The lady at the register I believe her name was Jessica. She was very nice and even talked to my daughter to ask her what she would like. Our food washot and made correctly. I would recommend this pizza place to everyone.
Great location, with great service, and people. Have always taken care of us, and on the very rare occasion something has gone awry, they have fixed the issue quickly. Oh yeah, the food is excellent as well!
Great service , great food. Spoke to Chris the general manager upon delivery , you can tell he loves his customers and his store . Go check them out you won’t regret it . Always fresh upon delivery , I’ll be back !
Everything looks good but being clean is very important, saw the employee making pizzas without wearing gloves , touching the dough and toppings without gloves can contaminate all the food in your establishment. Don't forget than hands also sweat
Pizza was cold! We were told 45mins to a hr for it to arrive it came a hr and 40 mins later! Called to get situation resolved and lady who answered had an attitude and lied that she wasn’t the one who took our order but my fiancé had the phone on speaker so I know it was her! She also said the it was late because the roads are bad but we just got in from being outside WHILE WE WERE WAITING FOR OUR FOOD TO ARRIVE and the roads weren’t bad! Stop lying to your customers and do better!!
Ordered well done calzone, it was doughy. Cheese bread was ok. Deep dish pizza was average. Wasn't worth what I spent on it
