Dr. Borcher, is at one of the Cotton-ONeil clinics. The nurses and receptionist are very rude! Didn't have a good experience with the Dr. I'm new to the area, and I guess he didn't really review my medical records. He started trying to change my meds in only 1 visit.

Terrible customer service when I tried to schedule an appointment for an ear cleaning. Lady was extremely rude and seemed to enjoy talking down to me. Whoever is in charge of scheduling needs to be reviewed, it was absolutely ridiculous the way this lady talked to me.
