This place is great! Able to satisfy any of your sewing or quilting needs. Demos and beneficial wisdom shared eagerly. We had our sewing machine tuned up by them and we're very pleased.

One star is for the missing friendliness of service. Called looking for parts, asked a pretty generic question, being new to the sewing machine world, I wanted to know the name of the narrow foot presser used for most common every day type of sewing and the lady answered the phone could not help, which is fine.  And then she went off like she is in pms mode says "I don't know and I am not a technician."  She then called me back and hung up.  I hit dial back she says there are a lot of people here and I did not call you. What's wrong with just saying sorry, I might have hit the dial button.  If you don't like your job, don't take it out on customer.

If you want customer service I suggest you go elsewhere . They do have a large selection of quilting fabric

This was such a cool shop! Mostly cotton fabric, minky, and flannel. They had batting, ribbon and a few knits as well as plenty of notions. Staff was nice and friendly! :)

They have a great selection of minky and cuddle fabric. The workers never seem like they're in a good mood, though. Otherwise, I would have given this place 5 stars.
