We love special orders and will do our best to accommodate your needs - spaces are limited and fill up quickly, so placing your orders as far in advance as possible is recommended (minimum 5 days notice).
Owned and operated by Holly Wiest, Cotton-Top Pastries is a small batch, scratch-made bakery based in Helena, Montana.
Inspired by old family recipes and my pastry training in France, Cotton-Top specializes in traditional baked goods and pastries that feature seasonal flavors and nostalgic appeal...think rustic American meets classic French technique.
Ingredients are sourced with care and purchased locally whenever possible. Cotton-Top recipes always use Wheat Montana Flour, Hutterite eggs, and real butter - never margarine.
