My kitten got neutered here and he came out of it well. They were the least expensive in the valley and offered many services. They were up front about what was necessary and what wasn't based on my budget. They followed up timely and seem to genuinely care. I will continue taking my pets to their clean, friendly establishment.

Excellent vets but it comes at a price. They truly care about your pets. They are one of the more expensive bets I've been to in Bozeman.

Dr. Billman is amazing, I had a chinchilla with Dental disease and she was so awesome and came up with a great plan and explain everything and more to me. I will definitely be going back with my other pets.

Dr. Jakob is fantastic. However I do not like Dr. Puchlerz. She seems more interested in money than your animal. Brought my cat in for shots and she wanted me to switch to the food that they sell even though my cat is already on $40 a bag food +wet. She also wanted to test my cat for Diabetes even though he is not overweight and shows no symptoms of diabetes. Then insisted on my cat getting a teeth cleaning even though he had one less than a year ago. Made me feel like she didn't really care about my pet but kept suggesting tests and other random things for my cat that we're unnecessay. She just seemed unprofessional and didn't answer my questions about why we should do all the additional tests and kept bringing up additional animal services that she could provide. Going to make sure I specifically only request Dr. Jakob because he's an amazing vet and she just left a bad taste in my mouth. He shows fantastic care for your animals and listens to all your concerns.

I boarded my dog here for the first time this weekend and I have been nothing but happy. I was really nervous and they sent me pictures each day making me a little better. The staff has been very understanding and very helpful. Will be back again for sure!
