Really Delectable Ice-Cream, we had a great root beer float and chocolate shake made by a sweet gal who was really friendly and upbeat. This was an excellent shop, and the creamery's surroundings were pleasant, clean, and close to all the conveniences you may require while traveling.
This place is great! The ice cream is delicious!!! Friendly, fast service. So glad we stopped. Everyone loved their ice cream!
A bit pricey, but great ice cream. Lots of flavors to choose from, some of which are pretty clever.
Awesome experience. It was so much fun stopping by with family and friends. So much so, we went back the next day.
Besides the Ice cream being yummy, The menu was very confusing. The staff told me that the flavors listed outside there window were not available at that moment. It was very hot inside as there was only one small airconditiner. I thought this is an ice cream establishment your product is melting. Other than that two of the wait staff acted like they did not wanna work that day, unfriendly with no smiles on their faces and they looked like a deer seeing headlights when you asked them a question. One of the staff members sounded irritated when my sister asked which shake flavor was handed to her as we came in togther as a family with 2 adults and 3 children. I think the wait staff needs more customer training and learn how to keep customers coming back. I would recommend this ice shoppe the local customers or travelers, but dont expect to feel welcome.
Pros: Great ice cream, the gal behind the counter was nice, there are a couple options for "eat-in", a 'scoop' looks large, doesn't seem like one of those 'chain' businesses = local business. Cons: Currently not a real "creamery"which would mean they make their own ice cream on-site= misleading name, just under $8 for what I'd describe as a medium sized shake?! I can buy their same ice cream @ Winco in Moses Lake & make a good 4 LARGE shakes whipped topping & cherry included, for that much! I dunno what they're playing @: charging such prices, having a HUGE front window that lets in so much sun during the summer afternoon, & to cool the place, only a "window unit" air conditioner that drips on you over the entrance. REALLY? If business is good, like your closing update for 2020 made it sound, @ those prices, maybe consider installing a proper cooling solution since u run a place that heats the inside air to cool the ice cream... or AT LEAST install 3+ good ceiling fans. Every summer here reaches triple digits, bruh.
While a little overpriced, this small business boasts a lot of tasty flavors to choose from. I recommend the chocolate but that's just me. The woman who worked here was awesome. She recommended some good choices while also letting us has a tiny spoonful to try.
Love this place! Delicious treats and always great people working here!
"Creamery" to us implied they made their own ice cream -- as it was, they just scoop and sell ice cream manufactured by a company we've bought in grocery stores before. It's good store-bought ice cream, though, and the service was friendly, so it's certainly not a bad place to stop if you just want something sweet on a hot day! But it wasn't quite the small-batch, home-churned stop we'd thought it would be from the name/signage, so we felt a little underwhelmed.
This creamery is the best place for ice-cream. The way the shop is set up is by far the best idea there. Cause it's a tiny shop but the way they set it up makes you feel like its roomy and the service there is great, although the last time I went there, there was this little brunette who wasn't very nice. She may have had her reasons but still.... IDK though
