This used to be a good  place to live, but now the office staff is rude. Maintenance doesn't do their jobs. And they raise your rent all the time. And now they seem to just let anyone move in. They have had 2 meth bust and an armed robbery of a pizza man in the last 2 years.

I would not even give it one star! Park is filled with druggies, not a place for children. As far as staff is concerned they suck! Don't be even a day late with rent, you will have extra fees to pay and threatened with court papers to evict you...BUT if they owe you money they will take their time and not give a crap. When you move out they will tack fees for damage that wasn't there or was there when you moved in. If anything is broken good luck getting it fixed properly.. they don't approve maintenance to do anything! This is by far the worst experience I've had renting. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!!
