Very disappointed withCountry Club Cleaners. Had been using them for two years and was more or less happy with their service because they were nice, despite them being unable to remove spots on two garments previously. One day I took a jacket which was part of a new black suit that had white faux leather piping on the jacket sleeves and pockets, and on the sides of the skirt. It came back with a bleeding very dirty white which looked so ugly especially when placed near the skirt. When I took it and asked them to do something about it, they said they couldn't and blamed it on the manufacturer. Of course, they did not reimburse me anything for it but asked me to take it back to the department store, which was ludicrous. Needless to say, I don't trust them with anything anymore!

Always the best, most courteous service. Very professional dry-cleaning and superb alteration services. Been going there for many years with zero problems.

Have been using their service for five years. Always friendly and on time. Alteration lady is excellent. Great service. Highly recommend this place.

They are the Best of Best. Fast and great same day dry cleaning service. Their Eco friendly dry cleaning helps my allergy. According to my experience in Monterey, they are the only one who really knows what is and how to do professional dry cleaning. Thank you very much, Mr.Koh and his friendly workers. Thumbs Up !!!
