Story

Bolger Healthcare consists of two long term care facilities, Country Club Manor and Catherine's Care Center. We provide twenty four hour nursing care in a warm, inviting, and safe environment. Our residents enjoy comfortable surroundings conducive to relaxation, socialization, and stimulation, all which are important in continuing the quality of life.

Bolger Healthcare also offers outpatient therapy through Aggressive Rehab and Sports Therapy. Consideration is given to each individual's physical, mental, nurtitional, social, and spiritual needs when designing their care as well as rehabilitation programs.

The decision to enter a nursing and rehab facility can be an emotional and difficult one. We take great pride in ensuring each individual's needs, wants, and expectations are met to the best of our ability. We strive to treat each resident with dignity and respect by staff members who truly care for each and every resident as if they were their own family member.
