I really enjoyed my breakfast at Country Gourmet. The food is freshly prepared and the pancake was soft and "mushy". Baked beans were delicious and the French roast coffee was sufficiently full bodied. Furthermore the staff is very welcoming and smiling. A place you will want to return to.

I tried the curried pumpkin and squash soup and it was delicious! Only $5 for a large portion with a dinner roll. They always have a vegan and gluten free soup option and tons of food options for people with special diets.

Excellent brunch buffet. Try the breakfast pizza and of course the do it yourself crepes. All the regular brekkie staples as well as some hearty salads. Ok - Time for a post brunch nap!

Came in looking for an espresso. Happy to see they have a machine but no one really knew how to use it. Ended up getting an awful espresso in a cardboard cup. Also wasn't allowed to drink it there because they had brunch going on.

Stopped by for lunch: two families with kids. Incredible food! Cooked from scratch, and everything we tried was outstanding: salads, soup, entrees, desserts - we are very impressed. My favourites are curry lentil soup, baked beans, cabbage roll casserole and orange coconut cream truffle. Also the place is clean and people are friendly. Food though is a must try.
