Just to set the record straight here. If you are looking for the Ritz then just drive on and spend that precious dollar. But if you are looking for a clean, friendly, family oriented as well as hard working people then you can't beat this park. Its far enough away from the train tracks that the the whistle/horn blows are a distance warm sound. Yet close enough to the freeway you can go in any direction you choose in a matter of just a couple minutes. The owner has made several improvements and is working constantly to do more and the grounds are clean and orderly. General public buildings, showers, restrooms and club house are immaculate 24/7. The office staff, owner and ground crew are extremely courteous and very helpful. stayed here January to February 2017 in a 37ft motor home with car in tow and plan to sty here again at the end of the year

Visit my buddy a lot here.....girl who opens gate is pretty good looking and thats good enough for a 5 star for me 😊

This place is home. And people saying that this place is horrible.  Well,  it's not meant to be lived In  and is only supposed to be temporary.  The new owner of the park is adding new things. Wi-Fi is better. Clubhouse and laundry room is amazing. Also the pool is great. And right from day one, the owner started improving the place. Adding little things that meant a lot. They added lights for the hike paths. Added more children at play signs. Planted cherry trees. To give the park some new decor. The spaces are great. The cost is great. The staff are sweet and are helpful. I love this park and would definitely encourage to stay here.
