Do yourself a favor and do not stay here. We walked into our room and immediately noticed a bug on the bed. After further inspection, we realized there were dozens and dozens of bugs crawling all over the room. We called the front desk and they said they would move us across the hall as soon as it was vacuumed. We noticed a couple of bugs in the new room. We we're in a hurry to get to a wedding so couldn't stay and handle the situation. When returning later that night, we noticed the new room was infested with bugs too. We went down to the front desk, where I was rudely told there is nothing that could be done. After asking how to get in touch with the manager, the lady at the desk went and checked an empty room. She said she checked for bugs, there were none, and we could switch into this room. We went into this new room, and surprise, there were bugs. At this point, there was nothing that could be done and we had to spend our whole night killing bugs. I am absolutely disgusted with this hotel. I have never experienced something like this in my life. This room was over $200. When leaving in the morning, they offered us a discount, although that room wasn't worth a penny in my opinion.

The front desk staff are very helpful with suggestions. The place is easy to find from the highway. The lobby is clean and presentable. The hallways are keep very clean. The room is awesome, didn't know it had a hot tub in it. There is also a refrigerator and microwave. We are going for breakfast now down by the lobby.

Suites are true multi room suites--bedroom with king bed, siting room with pull out couch, and bathroom. All beds were comfortable, there was free breakfast, and perfect location for visiting Ithaca College. We were concerned when we saw signs noting no playing sports in the halls (which the front desk noted was because the hotel is popular with visiting college sports teams), but we experienced no noise.

We had a wedding in Ithaca this past weekend and stayed at the Country Inn and Suites. We read all the reviews and research that we could and this place seemed like the best option at the time. We had three people so we opted for the Suites and it had a really nice pull out bed for our son. I don't know if the regular rooms are any different, but our room was really nice. The people were really friendly and the rooms were in good order. The bed was really comfortable and clean. Some of the other reviews complain about the cleanliness but I didn't see what they were talking about. The breakfast was as good as expected except for a lazy family that just finished up and left all their plates and everything all over the table instead of cleaning it up. If you need to stay in Ithaca and are looking for a nice place to stay, this is a really good choice!

I stayed here while my pet was undergoing surgery and hospitalization. The hotel has very friendly and professional staff as well as nice rooms that are very spacious and clean. The front staircase from the lobby is a classic touch that gave the whole area a more warm and homey feel. Bathroom was a bit dated but clean (although the tub didn't drain fast enough and I was left showering in about an inch of water). The lending library is nice and the breakfast was great. Pool area was clean and the guest laundry facilities were nice too. I was very pleased with my stay here and when I return to the area, I will stay here again. I would've given them a 5 but there was that small issue with the tub drain.
