Very clean in room and common areas. Nice beds but a little too firm for me. My teens were very comfortable in the beds. Most excellent breakfast. The breakfast lady, Emma, was so nice and even made some separate eggs and bacon for us because my oldest daughter and I need gluten free that hasn't been cross contaminated. I would have given five stars except for how rough the towels were - exfoliating rough, like drying off with a loofah. I would recommend a little fabric softener!

Overall, it was a good experience...read below for the specifics: -Room: Clean, comfortable, quite, spacious enough for myself -Fitness Center: Very poor...they have 2 treadmills that DO NOT WORK...like, at all...and for those that crave lifting...no dumbells...I recommend replacing the wasted space, broken treadmills with a set of dumbells and a bench...THEN, it could be considered at least somewhere you could break a sweat...on a side note, they do have a bicycle machine that I am not sure works, as I, at the very minimum, wanted to run a little...ended up running around the hotel a bit to sweat -Breakfast: BEST PART OF STAYING AT THE HOTEL...SPECIFICALLY BECAUSE OF MS. EMMA, THE WOMAN THAT RUNS THE BREAKFAST SHOW...SHE SINCERELY CARES FOR PEOPLE AND LITERALLY GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND, SIMPLY TO ENSURE YOU HAVE A GREAT BREAKFAST EXPERIENCE...BETTER KEEP THOSE GRITS AND GRAVY ;) -Staff: Very friendly and accommodating. Wendy was more than helpful and also genuinely cared about your Country Inn experience. Summary: Overall, it was a good experience...for the money, I would probably stay elsewhere...a more reasonable price for the experience would be in the $75-85 range...I was given a discount at $94 and thought this amount was still a bit high...

We had the worst experience here. We brought our youth group on a missions trip and stayed at this hotel. From the first time we stepped foot into the hotel the general manager was rude, and just flat out mean. Our youth pastor was so calm and nice and she just kept giving attitude and just being plain mean. We had blocked rooms and when we arrived with enough to fill 10 rooms she had nothing saved for us. She blamed us and just made snarky comments the whole time. This review would be forever long if I went into everything. I will never stay here again. The customer service from the owner should be so much better.

We stayed here because the electricity went out during the storm. I needed a hot shower and somewhere to lay my head. From the moment we walked in, we smelled stale smoke. The water did not get very hot. The bed was hard as a rock. Then when the upstairs guests arrived, it sounded like the Atlanta Falcons were running drills above our heads. We ended up leaving at 1:30AM and hoping back home because we were so miserable.
