Pretty terrible. There were crumbs all over the night stand, dirt all over the floor and the lamp shade was moldy. We decided to over look all this until we pulled back the comforter to discover a red gooey substance. It was either pizza sauce or vomit but I'm leaning towards vomit as we found it on the wall as well. When we requested replacement bedding we were received with confrontation and a very rude disposition. After waiting close to an hour they brought replacement bedding and swapped out the lamp. The next morning while bringing coffee up to my room I overhead the maid and another co-worker talking about us and the room. While in the breakfast area it appeared that the rude front desk attendant had her whole family come to the hotel for free breakfast. Other than all this the coffee was excellent.

The lobby is great! Updated, fresh, clean, modern, and inviting. And then you go into the room. One of our two rooms had what looked like vomit or pizza stains on the sheets of one bed. The other bed had clearly not been changed from the previous guests based on the body-imprinted wrinkles. One lamp shade had black mold on it, and the room phone doesn't work. In our other room the comforter was stained and the lamp is rusty and peeling. It smells like there has been water damage or something, very musty and moldy smelling. After telling the front desk about the issues, they did replace the bedding and moldy lamp.

It is a place to stay, but far from being great. There is a leaking pipe in the hallway with a trash can under it to catch the water. My room and the entire hallway have a musty and mildew smell to them so I was glad that I always bring a can of air freshener when I travel. A couple of the lamps in my room had no bulbs. But the upside was they arranged an early check in for me and upgraded my room to a jacuzzi suite. The staff is very nice and helpful. But I just can't get over the smell of this place especially considering I have some respiratory conditions. There is no elevator here, so be sure to request a room on the first floor!

This place is awesome. Listed a 2.5 star should be a 5. Not luxurious but clean, neat, friendly. Latoya & Jackie were awesome. Had what we needed went out of their way for you & every guest's needs.

Great stay!!! Clean rooms,friendly staff,and the best breakfast in town. I won't ever stay anywhere else.
