So the first thing I noticed when I walked into the lobby was a very strong cologne-like smell that was not pleasant. Check in went smoothly, but my room had the same even stronger smell. It was awful. One of the lamps didn't work, so I had limited light in the room to work with, which was difficult. They slid my receipt under the door, which I've never heard of & find to be very unprofessional. They also didn't bother to tell me that was my receipt, so I thought it was an invoice, so I went to check out. While trying to check out, another get was at the front desk because he's been locked out of his room & his key & even the master key wouldn't unlock the door. The receptionist was on the phone with the owner trying to sort it out, so I was ignored for 7 minutes until he finally bothered to tell me that was my receipt & I could go. 10/10 will not be stating there again.

This is such a great place to stay. Very clean, the staff is super helpful and friendly. The pool and hot tub are nice. It's in a great safe neighborhood. We always choose country inn and suites. Comfort and clean.

I didn't stay, I was just asking around about renting a business/conference room. Still, the lobby was gorgeous!! The grounds were very well kept. The receptionist was very kind, well -dressed, and informative. The rates were competitive, and the room was very nice!

The room as clean and well finished. Breakfast was busy but good. The staff was polite and helpful. We arrived a few minutes after 3 for check in our room was not ready but we only had to wait 5 minutes for it to be ready.

Upon getting to my room I discovered my reservation was messed up and the 4oom I was in smelled heavily of smoke. The room I had booked was sold out so I was put into a different room that didn't smell. Front desk was very apologetic. New room was fine.
