Staying at the Country Inn & Suites East was a positive experience. The late pool hours for the daughter and nephew made a quick dip possible after a long day. We called it quits from the pool and hot tub at 945 but didn't notice the actual closing hour. The standard room was up to par. Two queen mattresses with more than enough pillows and blankets with extra of both in the closet. Also had an ironing board and adjustable iron. The thermostat was wall mounted for the typical under window unit. Regulated temperature very well. Plenty of light sources. The bathroom was spacious with a wall mirror and lots of counter space with the one sink and a hair dryer. They're was a vent cover that I could hear running but no auxiliary fan to control. The continental breakfast was the usual fare ofjuices and milk, and bagels, breads, cereal, waffle maker, and hot omelette. Our plans prevented us from using the noon check out which is hours later than some. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

I checked in and pulled back the comforter and there were long, black hairs in the bed and the fitted sheet was not pulled down over the edge of the mattress. It was very obvious that the sheets were not changed after the last guest, which was disgusting. The front desk put me into another room and it was fine. A little dated and the bathroom needed a good cleaning, but comfortable bed. Need to have another plug in on the nightstand for a charger. Breakfast was excellent!

Breakfast was great and the service was exceptional. The bed wasn't very comfortable and the room was a little to toasty and was bot able to turn the heat down. The front desk was very friendly :)

Our first night, the room was great. Due to booking a second night at a different time, we had to switch rooms the second night. (No biggie.) The second room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. That's the only reason for 4 stars. The service was impeccable and they did everything in their power to help. Would absolutely recommend this hotel.

The staff was nice and helped us get settled into our room. The room was large and clean. Breakfast was above average
