Very friendly staff and nice rooms. They even gave us a little care package with snacks. That was a nice little touch. This location is convenient to whatever you want to go to in the area. I would definitely recommend it and I would stay here again.

Worse experience at a hotel to date. Checked in used restrooms for number 1 and toilet backed up. Called front desk was told very rudely, "What do you want me to do about it, there is a plunger right here". So disabled me cane in tow walk down to main desk get plunger and go back to room, to fix a problem not of my doing. So got it fixed and left plunger in the restroom just to remind me to write this review. Place could use some paint, looks like beds have been moved by marks on wall. Front desk needs help in customer service, because never have I had such a bad review. I would not recommend this hole in the wall to anyone. Oh well having Sheetz right out front for quick bite is nice, reason for at least one star.

Very welcoming establishment. My wife and I stayed as overnight guests while attending an event. It's a family friendly hotel, breakfast (which was actually pretty good) is included. Staff is nice, rooms are clean, if not a little dated, and the bedding and pillows are comfortable. Down sides? The bathroom was in need of repair. The bathtub caulking was very old and was starting to rot. Also, the jacuzzi tub was a waste. I'd definitely stay here again.

I saw many reviews that listed that the hotel needed updates. Well it was on the older side and they were some cracks in the wall in the bathroom, but the room was clean and comfortable. I slept well in the beds and the shower was warm and had good pressure. There was a big conference in town, but they kept up with the breakfast demand. Overall I was happy with the hotel and I would stay there again.

This was the second of two Country Inn & Suites that I stayed in on a long weekend trip.  I would say the same of this one that I did of the other one I stayed at the same weekend.  It was clean, the staff was friendly, they had cookies, coffee, tea & hot cocoa in the lobby, and a hot breakfast available and included with your stay!! Plus, it was less than $100 a night!
