Beer bottles Litter the sidewalks. They harass you and never work on the place. They refuse to fix a pipe that is there that is leaking bacteria into the water. Be careful if you get sick on the water its probably because at my house there is Bactria leaking into the water and they don't want to fix it. No matter how many times I complain they disregard it and let it be. it killed my cat as I used to give him the tap water. If you have a case and want to sue I will testify. No JOKE I will.

This place is the worst, people at the office are mean. I went to the office a couple times to get some help and never help me, oh and stay away from pleasant court there is a crazy Neighbor that wants to run everyones life on the whole st. I don't recommend this place at all there are drugs, cars get stolen and towed. Mean neighbors people poop in pool and every year the lot rent goes up and they never fix the place.

This place is disgusting. I been here for 7years and I hate it.Everything gets stolen,drugs.our car got towed.

They charge the most association fees and provide the fewest services. Although they do background checks forbidding those with criminal pasts to live here, that means nothing and those who do have criminal pasts simply do not register with the office. Totally pointless fee spent by those of us that do as we should by registering and paying the background fee. when I went in the person in the office seemed surprised saying, "thank you! Most people just don't come back in here to register and do the background like they should" apparently they don't even persue these prohibited people. The only good thing is the maintenance staff led by a man named James. He is terrific and takes care of whatever needs taking care of. Typically we go to him with issues instead of the office.
