Country Pools are awesome. Even when I don't know what I need, they provide knowledge. I like the service we receive every time we visit them. We had a problem with our in ground pool, Lauren took care of scheduling an appointment, the same day. We had our pools fixed the same day. Keep up the great service. We recommend them to all our friends.

They have been great to deal with. I did not buy my pool there but have purchased supplies for a few years and recently purchased a new pump. All of the staff are very knowledgeable and eager to help out.

I was searching their number this morning for a quick question I had about a heater I just purchased from them this weekend, and I was shock to the negative review. I am thinking this could not be about the Natrona Heights store? Lauren and Al have helped me out so much in the past few years, from helping me with a Pump I bought from another Pool store, when and where I got my pool. It was giving me troubles from the first year I bought, and the other store blamed it on me and what I was doing wrong, and they would do nothing about it. However, when I talked to them about it, they gave me some things to try, and where right the first year, then the same thing happened the second year. Al mentioned I bring it in, instead of just trying to sale me another one, Al and I worked on it in the back of their store together trying to fix it. We tried everything and in end when we were not able to get it working, I had to buy an new one. Knowing the troubles I had with it they gave me a percentage off a new one, which they didn’t have to do. I had several questions too about algae I was getting, Chemicals, and maintenance. They were spot on every time. I know that I have the right to go anywhere, and should go where I bought my pool from. However, their honesty and knowledge has won me over as a customer for as long as I own my pool, and hopefully hot tub soon.

Do not do any business with this company! I wish I could give them negative stars. We had an above ground pool installed only 3 summers ago and it is now sitting empty and beyond repair... thousands of dollars, wasted! The pool shifted and buckled within one month. They made an agreement with us to drain and repair the bottom of the pool. The owner then tried to charge us more than double what the agreement was. Each year our pool buckled more and a "sink hole" grew. This past spring we could no longer repair the liner, so we had another pool company come and assess the damage. When the liner was removed, we discovered the pool was never properly installed. One of the straps that braces the side buttresses was never connected. I called and sent pictures. The owner insisted it was winter damage and there was nothing he could do. I'm not sure how he figures cold weather would disconnect a strap that was supposed to be bolted together. The pressure of the water pushed the walls out -- the ground has not sunk -- and his response for this lack of quality was bad mouthing the other pool company I had called to consult and then YELLING at me on the phone when I asked that he come look at the pool again when I was actually home to show him. This company does horrible work, blames everyone but themselves and tries to lie and cheat their way out of responsibility. Save yourself the headaches and stress and STAY AWAY FROM THEM AND ALL THEIR AFFILIATES!!!
