Took a grass fed beef there. Terrible processing job. Don't know what questions they asked and what answers they got from my cattle experienced ranch hand, but most all cuts are bad. Half of sirloin, chops etc are waste. I cut up three sirloin steaks to make stir fry and had more waste than good. No ribeyes, no tenderoin. I asked what happen to them and they said it's in chops. No. It's not. Ground beef was nasty.

I have had them process deer and have picked up smoked hams over several Thanksgiving, I am very pleased with their products. Thank you

This is the place for deer sausage if you don't want to take the time to do it yourself. Their service is fantastic and the final product is delicious. They take of their customers and do their best to get what you ask for right. Highly recommend using them!
