I went into the store to find a wood burning insert for my house.   They had a lot of choices To choose from and Bill knew a lot of information on the products they sell.    I had been in and out of the store many times before I decided what I wanted and everyone there was very helpful and incredibly nice and patience with me!  They were very detailed oriented to make sure I got everything I needed!       I plan on using them to redo my exterior stone on my house and eventually my fireplace.    I have and I would recommend them to anyone.

We needed to convert to natural gas heating for our passive solar home. They have a great selection of gas stoves, and the staff worked with us to make sure we had the exact stove to meet our specific needs. There was no sales pressure and they never tried to up-sell, but made sure we had exactly what we needed.  Post-sale, they were extremely patient and helpful as we navigated installation and operation of our stove. 

I would highly recommend this business to anyone installing a gas stove or fireplace.

We were very happy working with Bobby Grasch on the purchase of our new Heat & Glo Supreme gas fireplace insert. Bobby was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We were concerned about the small size of our fireplace and Bobby came out to measure and reassured us that they had a small enough insert to meet our needs. The two gentlemen that came to install the insert were friendly and efficient and explained how to operate the insert with the remote. Andy came out to install the custom surround, and he also was friendly, efficient, and answered any other questions that we had. We are very satisfied with the service that we received and we love our gas insert.
