Went to get our car wash and paid $15 for it, the only thing that were clean about our car was the tires. When I ask the supervisor how come my trunk cover is still very dirty he told me I have to pay another $25 to get those stains out. Then when I asked the cashier if someone more senior I can talk to, she tools me NO, and that I should know better and ask before I chose the regular wash option. She said that even a 2 years old will know that those kind of stains are hard to clean. Super horrible customer service. Never going back!

Streaks where the odometer goes, spots all over the windshield and didn't even leave the scent we asked for. It was $25 and not worth it. (The tires looked good.) I usually go to do It yourself places and pay $10 at most. We just got our car, brand new, and wanted to have it done professionally. 

Well, we would have gone back and had them fix what we weren't happy with but they were very busy and we were running late. I just expected it to be done so much better than what we got. I was disappointed.

I was waiting for 40 minutes. I check my car when the surface there are a lot of water stains do not paint clean, worse things tires and the front did not wash clean, there are a lot of insects body. The staff also told me that I was the reason why I had not been caring for too long. When I check my car inside the time, I found that the basic did not help me clean up.

A nice friendly environment. Prices gone up a bit. Many restaurants around the area. Very secure environment.
