The first time we rented while we were building our house 6 years ago this place was fine. The second time we rented while we were building another house, this place was TERRIBLE. The place looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. There was a rust stain on the lenolium that I was told would be replace and it wasn’t for six months. The garbage disposal broke which caused the sink to back up and I had to argue  with the maintenance service to send someone out that night bc they said it wasn’t an “emergency”. The bathroom light kept shorting out so much that I had to stop using it for fear there would be an electrical fire. The did fix it eventually. 

We signed a six month lease. We moved out in five because our new house was finished. I got a letter saying we owe $875 because we didn’t give them sixty days notice. It’s in the lease, I get it (it wasn’t mentioned at signing). On the other hand, I signed for six months. If I needed to stay longer I would have let you know. Seems to a Money grab. 

They are under “new management “ which is just as bad. I called 4 times since receiving the letter and no one got back to me. I went there today to speak to the “new manager” and she would not come out of the office because she was busy. She only came out when she heard me getting irate about the situation. 

I would think if someone gave me repeat business I  would treat them a little better. This was not the case. Therefore, I would not recommend Country Village Apartments in Bel Air, Maryland to anyone!

I’ve lived here for quite some time, before you rent and settle in the place seems really nice,the staff seemed friendly, however once you rent,it’s all they can do not to help, my place has several  infestation apartments surrounding.
Rude   Neighbors are down right  harassing. They don’t consider anybody having a child sleeping at night past 11 PM my child and I have been woken up in the middle of the night countless times. Neighbors   , makeing lots of noise that go on much later into the night,Lots of car alarms and horns is going off in the middle of the night. Seems like the teenagers with there new licenses use the streets in the complex as a dragstrip, did I mention begbugs& roaches  from which I had to pay outta pocket for the exterminator.An I’m a clean freak, even have my own cleaning business, And then after I paid 200$ to the bug people, only then the rental office called, talking about sending someone over with a dog to sniff out the infestation  problem after I went in to show them at the rental office what the bugs were doing to my body to take a look (bites all over my body  specially my butt area ) when I went down to the office myself to tell them how badly the bug situation has gotten  the  African-American secretary,said “step back and leave the room, go in the other room because I just can’t deal, and those aren’t beg bug bites! “ She said excitedly @ snarky(by the way I had over 49 bite sites  Breakfest,lunch and dinner.
 The Chrissie spoke to me,
 made me feel like I was a walking  disease and shameful. They told me they sent someone over who’s not a real bug tech by the way,
It was an in house representative as they called it. And all the time I’ve lived here Never once caused a  problem,never once late on the rent.bottom line once you pay their attention goes else where. hey don’t care about the fellow  residence here  and when you go in to to rectify something they pass the buck, back and forth and  tell you theres nothing they can do. Wait a couple weeks( yeah right you stupor ass, what wait while my son and I get bite up to hell!?? Does that sound right to you??)
that it can only be taken care of much much later and at that time the subject will be revisited!  
All you get here is excuses excuses! excuses! So the police are also here constantly. Which  should make you feel safe, but when they’re here all the time it starts to make you think that the neighborhood is in a decline   Respectable residences. I’ve never seen anybody avoid responsibility so beautifully  and neglectfully .

This place needs a major change in head of staff and throughout the company.  I would not recommend living here if you’re just coming to Bel Air I would not recommend living here if you had kids I would not recommend living here at all it’s overpriced understaffed and falling apart.
By the way watch out if you do despite my warnings come to read and look at apartment here I will see as the ladies in the golf cart to drive you to look at the apartment will wave at the passing cars going by like it’s a nice friendly neighborhood really don’t before it’s anything but.
  I hope this has been a informative review. I wanted to do my best to make sure no nobody else gets fooled into wasting there money.

Very unprofessional, unhelpful staff at this location. This in conjunction with older apartments and overall poorly maintained appearance/grounds make for an unappealing rental option in the area. Strongly consider several of the newer local properties which are actually at a comparable price point and much more pleasant to deal with. I will be residing elsewhere and encourage perspective renters to do the same.

One of the most relaxing place I have lived. The staff is very understanding and helpful as well. I don't feel stressed living here. I would recommend this place to anyone especially if you like being around everything. Festivals and parades are at your door step

It is nice and quiet around here but not relaxing my neighbor below me blastes his music and then complains on me for being loud I  have insomnia and I have medical records to prove that I have bipolar and depression and ADHD I take medication for my depression and  my bipolar trying to look into getting medication for my insomnia the main manager that runs these apartments here in Country Village she is a horrible manager she is very ignorant nasty and rude towards people she acts like she has an attitude she doesn't like her job and she's always point fingers at the one person that first moved in here and blames you for everything people don't pick up their dog poop around here they leave it on the ground these pit bulls are not  Services dogs they're full blooded pit bulls that these residents have around here me and my cousins used too raised and breed pitbulls for and living back in the early 90s and 2000s but any ways not having very good experience and Country Village apartments around here the manager Suzanne is and horrible manager she is nasty rude and with the disgusting attitude with people I believe she needs to be fired and have a new manager with awesome experience and that is nice and kind to you the maintenance isn't being picked up around here to always have leaves the carpet is nasty and disgusting and the hallway's stink I feel like that I'm being treated poorly wrong here my neighbor he can do whatever he wants he can bless his music he can slam doors when he comes to the hallway but people point fingers at me like I'm the bad guy around here so the question and mom having a good experience Country Village Apartments no I am not we need good maintenance man around these apartment complexes in Country Village Apartments so I'm asking you please look into this and do something about this as soon as possible thank you and have a nice holiday bye bye
