I have lived here for 20+ years and it is a nice, peaceful place to live. My biggest problem with the park is that it has been under different owners quite often and they keep raising the space rent. This is a retired person's park and we are mostly living on Social Security which doesn't keep up with the rent raises. We have no clubhouse or pool and very few amenities.

Poor upkeep, out in the boonies.  Not great for seniors.
