Story

We are an AAHA Member hospital, less than 16% of the nations small animal hospitals qualify for that distinction. We introduced northcentral WI to laser surgery in 2000 and now have a therapeutic laser to help with healing & pain control. This high tech is mixed with essential oils & whole food nutritional supplements. Stem cell banking is just beginning and shows great promise in combating degenerative diseases now & many other diseases in the future.We are 'Western' medicine trained but determined to keep an open mind to learn & apply any method that may help our patients.

We have been taking our animals to Dr. Jeff Mills for several years now. He and his staff have given our pets outstanding care. They also continually take education to improve their knowledge and skills. They are sensitive to the needs of owners and are very compassionate. We have referred several friends to Dr. Mills and they are so grateful that we recommended his facility. It is obvious he and his staff are devoted to the best care possible for all animals and the humans who love them!

I have to drive an hour and 45 minutes to get there for our dog's laser surgeries and feel it is worth every minute! Dr. Jeff and Tricia make people feel like people, not just a number, and they take very good care of our dog!

The care and expertise shown by all of the folks at Countryside is OUTSTANDING. They have cared for three of our loved pets over the years and we couldn't ask for a more satisfying experience. Dr. Jeff's association with the UW Vet Medicine Center in Madison helped us through difficult times though Brook's cancer treatments. We couldn't be more grateful. And Hunter, our latest rescue, is doing well with the help of the staff at Countryside.

Dr. Jeff has been taking care of our dogs since he took over Countryside Animal Hospital. Our first dog lived to be 16 years, 7 months old. Putting her down was a very stressful time. Both Dr. Jeff and his staff were very understanding and gave us all the support we needed. There was no question we would go back with our second dog who is 6-1/2 years old. I would highly recommend Dr. Jeff to anyone seeking care for their precious pets. He will take the time to listen to your questions, answer them, and make you feel at ease. I love the fact he now communicates through text or email. Way to go with the fast paced world we live in!

You will not find a more skilled, dedicated veterinarian or staff. They have been caring for my dogs for years, and always do a great job. They go above and beyond!
