Tim, Body Shop department manager is the best! His team has done an excellent job on our vehicles. The service department is also great. Foe that reason I went to them to buy my new used car. Ron the sales person listened to my needs, he was not pushy and showed me several options for me to consider. I found a beautiful 2014 Chevrolet Impala with low miles at a great price. They took care of all the paperwork including the plates. After a few hours I went home in a reliable car. If you are looking to buy, service or need body work done I would go see them. Right off Hwy 151 in Beaver Dam - same exit as Walmart store next to the Harley Davidson store.

The service here was amazing. I recommend Juan as a sales consultant. Tony and the financial department did a amazing job and impressed me with what they had to offer. I recommend Countryside of Beaver Dam if you are looking for a new car!!

Took my car there yesterday to get my transfer case looked at which was under warranty. The guy then says we did not install it so it's not covered under warranty Try to explain to this guy Austin That Homan in Waupun did not install it either but they did work on it also because the part was under warranty. It's a 3 year Warranty and was told I could take it to any certified gm dealer for service if I had issues with it. Apparently that is not the case with country side gm. So I had to call Homan in Waupun they told me to bring it in an it is still under warranty. Not trying to bash countryside gm Just think it was lack of knowledge from the associate . The guy Austin was extremely rude talking down to me like I didn't know what I was talking about . The other employees on the other hand were very friendly.

Took my grandmother in to help her buy a car. The sales staff had zero respect for her, they thought that she was a cash buyer so they could just sell her the car for sticker price. Let her drive a few cars, then when the negotiations came. Called us liars for letting them know that another dealer offered us less money and stupid asking to explain the rebates. All the salesman kept talking about was how multiple sales people keep quitting. Management needs to figure stuff out I would never recommend buying from this group because of the all around bad experience.
