This past week we had to put our dog Berlin down. The staff were wonderful and treated us as family. A few days letter we received a card signed by all the staff. I would recommend them anytime

Although you get a different get every time, the staff are always helpful and friendly, wish they still had the overnight emergency though :-/

This was our first time bringing our dog Kiwi there for a second opinion. We saw Dr. Henriquez. He exceeded our expectations. Although we got very disappointing news (Cancer), he was very caring and took his time with us. It felt like he truly cared and truly understood what we were going through. The next month, our dog Fozzie had a mass on his arm - it didn't seem to be cancerous and we tried treating it medically b/c he was older. Well that wasn't working and it was very irritating to him, bleeding all over, continued infection (he wore the cone of shame for almost a month). They did surgery and I was called that everything went well and he came through! I went to pick him up that night after work and when I was on my way I received a call that he was found unresponsive in his cage. They tried to save him but he died. He was an older rescue dog and had some complications so I was aware of the risks. I was devastated and felt so bad because I hated that he died in a cage - alone. I called on a Saturday to settle the payment and the girl that answered came back and said "Don't worry, it's comped for you" - I asked what she meant and she said "they are covering the bill, you don't have to pay" I started sobbing because I just lost 2 dogs in 2 months that had very expensive treatments and it was just a blessing to hear. I thanked the girl and hung up. I couldn't believe it and told EVERYONE I know. Well a month or so later, I received a bill from the hospital requesting payment. I called them to inquire and they said the girl who told me that was misinformed. I was so disappointed in them. The manager did comp me a cremation fee, but I still had to pay almost $400. They aren't a terrible facility and honestly not too expensive for surgery, etc. I was just disappointed in their lack of character in this situation. I didn't expect a free surgery because my dog didn't survive, however, when I called to make a payment to tell me it's comped and then send me a bill just didn't sit right with me. I paid them over $1,000 in the month before, I wasn't asking for a handout. They made me feel like a liar. I rescued two more dogs recently and I have found a different vet.

Probably the best place to take your pet in the area. Going to the vet is not one of my favorite places to go, but this clinic is the best place to go. Friendly staff, clean and spacious clinic, and a shorter wait time. I recommend them to everyone.

We took our Jack Russell puppy here 3x. The first two visits were for examinations since we thought he hurt his leg and that cost us $600. We were completely turned off by the 3rd time. We told the vet he had a cough and she didn't give us any medicine for him as well as seemed inexperienced. That exam cost us $61. I took him to another vet and they noticed he was congested and prescribed him medication, trimmed his nails and examined him and his teeth for $40. Save your money. This place is extremely overpriced and will do anything to overcharge you. I noticed all the pets were sick there as well as the staff. Don't think they do a good job disinfecting. They kept trying to sell us services such as their wellness package and shots we didn't need when I explained to them he was caught up. It couldn't be more clear because I had my shot record with me.
