The new managers are trying to do a better job. But many of the residents vandalize others property. Many pets are still loose and causing problems. Kids are still out of control while their parents are drunk or on drugs. Kids are vandalizing property again. I really hate this place

Decent place to live, one of the nicest trailer parks in town. Down side is rent goes up every year and management changes constantly.

"UPDATE"  NEW MANAGER, have high hopes things will improve. 

Management violates lease agreement and Montana code annotated making living here a hostile environment.  Avoid this place until things improve.

Horrible office manager.  Rude, unresponsive.  Makes up rules.  Doesn't know Montana law.  Doesn't know rules.  Nothing is her responsibility.  If you ask questions she tells you it isn't her problem. Just plain awful.
