If I could give them less stars i would. This "Government" office is an absolute joke. I have been calling twice an hour every hour for the past 2 days and not a single person has answered the phone. I have left messages and not a single person has returned any of my calls. Do people even work at this office. This office is run as a joke and run by jokes. Whoever is in charge of this office needs to re-evalutate his employees and himself if this is hoe he runs a government office. COMPLETE JOKE

I Left 15 voicemails with 8 different people over the course of 3 days in this office. Not one of these 8 people returned my call. The posted office hours for plan submittals are 8 am to 11 am. Drove an hour to submit plans. Arrived at 10 am. I was turned away because they had too many people on their list. Came in the next morning and arrived at 8 am sharp. it took 2+ hours to turn in an application and pay a fee. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

I literally have called this Office hundreds of times and no one has ever answered the phone nor do they call back. When my permit runner has been in the building picking up permits. People are standing around while the phone rings. Terrible service! I would give them ZERO stars if I could!

Children. The city has employed children mascarading as adults to work this office. I had a grey haired at lest 50 year old man act like a complete child no more than 5 years old. Lied to my face and then walked away. Most immature and disrespectful "child" I've ever unfortunately have to deal with at a city hall.
