Excellent customer service - they were at the house within an hour! Very friendly and professional. Price was quite reasonable, especially for an emergency call in the summertime. Would gladly recommend to anyone needing a quick electrical repair.

After having a completely new HVAC system installed last month, I called Kathy T. at Jaycox for a quality referral regarding electrician services.       W-O-W.  Another giant surprise!  Mike Mason came out the very next morning and arrived ten minutes early, but waited a few minutes to ring the bell so as not to disturb us until such time we would be ready.  The very next morning!!  What an incredible service man!  Mike was W-A-Y more than I'd hoped he'd be!  He was on-time, clean, organized, personable, PLEASANT, intelligent, prepared for doing the work we had in mind, neat, disciplined, an astute worker and completely "able" in every regard.

He made every attempt to get into impossibly tight spaces for a neat, clean install, worked smart and cleaned everything up.  He EXUDED confidence.  There wasn't ONE SECOND we had a single reservation about his abilities.  Gosh.  You have a PREMIUM worker in your employ!!  We have a lot of different jobs going here at any one time, plus I watch over 22 homes for away snowbird owners and own my own one-man painting company.  Needless to say, I have any number of opportunities to refer qualified workers... tile men, wood workers, roofers, plumbers and electricians.  I'll call Country Electric and request Mike Mason for ALL my electrical needs.  I'm certain ANY employee you have would suit but Mike is THE ONE!

I honestly can NOT say enough.  I normally DREAD what I'm going to face when I open my door to a new worker and you never really know how things are going to go.  Mike was absolutely AWESOME!!!!  What a REALLY nice man.  Thanks SO very much.  We're THRILLED with the job, the manner in which he conducted himself and just how much he worked to please.  Where DID you get this guy??!!  KEEP HIM!  YOU HAVE A REAL SPECIAL PRIZE.

We highly recommend Ketter at County Electric Services, Co.!  I found this listing on Google and read the reviews so decided to take a chance.  It was absolutely the right decision.  He responded the same day, found the problem and fixed it within minutes.  I particularly like that he showed me what he was doing, explaining what the problem involved and how he was fixing it.  I don't want to be an electrician, but it was comforting to know what had happened and I now feel confident that the problem is fixed right.  Ketter has our services for life, and, we'll be recommending lots of customers to him.  Don't hesitate to call Co. Electric.

I have several rental properties and have been using County Electric for quite some time. The owner, Ketter is very knowkedgeable, professional, reasonable and honest. Things that don't require "replacing" aren't for savings. I highly recommend Ketter for all electrical needs.
