Pretty pricey!  They also chrg  $50 for a late fee that was only 5 days past.  We had the use of another storage place that gave us a much bigger unit for almost the same price & doesn't put extra chgs for being late.  We will only be recommending "keenesburg storage" to everyone we know & meet.

We rented a storage unit for the month, all we needed before we moved into our new home. We called around to see what kind of rates there were from a number of storage companies in Brighton. The only reason we went with them was because they were the lowest in rental but higher with the deposit ($75 deposit). Plus they gave us a lock and key for free at the time of usage. After we were all done they asked if we could sweep the unit after we left to recieve our deposit back. I swept and made sure it was as we left it but when we called for our deposit they notified us that the unit wasn't left in good standing and they were keeping our deposit. If you use this company make sure you take pictures before and after you use them. I regret not doing this and now it's their word against mine for the deposit. Very disappointed in them and if it was worth the $75 dollars then I would understand but I don't think you can keep them spotless all the time! There are a number of storage facilities in Brighton so be leary on picking them.
