I had to be transported to from one hospital to another hospital located 2 hours from home  so these rude guys show up. I needed to bring some items with me and they refused to bring all my items. It's not like I was asking a lot I just needed them to bring a bag with my coat, shoes, a pair of pants, and a pair of socks. They said you won't need this stuff. I am mobile I can move around and where I was going has a nice outside garden to visit. Well guess what I was unable to visit this garden because I had no shoes but more importantly my coat because well it is only 40 to 50 degrees out. If I had or have a choice in the future I will not use this company again.
