Man, it's a bank.

I have to say that when it comes to customer service, this is the place to be. Attentive service, real people answer the phones, no nickel and dime institution, awesome on-line banking features that is cutting edge technology. When they say 'relationship banking', they are ahead of the game. This is not an ordinary bank. Wish I switched years ago...could have saved myself a lot of frustration.
