Coupa Café opened in the Y2E2 Building at Stanford University in October of 2008. Housed in the new Jerry Yang and Akiko Yamazaki Environment and Energy Building, which represents the cutting edge of sustainability and is the “greenest” building on the Stanford University Campus, Coupa Café continues its philosophy of working with local farmers and promoting sustainable agriculture, fair trade and eco-friendly practices.
This location also features the best single estate, certified organic and fair trade coffee on Campus. In Harmony with the spirit of the Y2E2 Building, Coupa Café uses sutainable eco-friendly foodservice packaging composed of biodegradable products manufactured from renewable resources. Organic and locally grown products are promoted and enjoyed in our menu offerings including eggs and omelettes, pancakes, breakfast pastries, waffles, arepas, paninis, salads, crepes and other Coupa Specialties.
