Best experience with a property manager ever!
Nothing compares with the friendly service of Mr Koons and his staff.
Except painful rectal itch or gum stuck in my hair.
Beware of Mr Koons.
After nearly 7 years of being a model tenant this man has no compunction when it comes to filing an unlawful detainer  and eviction against you when you are having financial difficulties and will have to pay your rent late.
He will take your late fee and your rent then toss you out on your ear without prorating your rent.
And that was not out of the goodness? of his heart. 
It  was the threat of being demured that brought out his kinder genteler side.
Good on Ya Ed!

Rented from them for 2 1/2 years in Christian Valley. Always responsive and professional and friendly. Parted on good terms - no hassles. Thank you Paula :-)

I rented a house from CPM for about two years.  The few times I needed to contact them for a repair they were quick to respond and fix the issue.  I paid my rent on time so didn't really have much interaction with them personally.  Which is nice right?  As long as everything is going smoothly you don't really need your landlord in your life.

When I moved out they let me know the move out process, I cleaned the house to move in condition and left the keys.  I was apprehensive that I wouldn't get much of my deposit back because I had damaged on carpet area which I wasn't able to repair.  But I left the rest of the house just as I found it.  To my pleasant surprise they gave me back the entire deposit quickly.

As a good tenant I found them professional and reasonable.

Hands down the worst property management company ever. I personally have never  written a bad review about any company even when their service was sub par. This on the other hand is a different. My wife and I found mold and water coming into the house shortly after moving in. We asked courthouse property management to see about having the water/mold addressed. Three months later we received a letter telling us we have three days to get out because the house is deemed uninhabitable, and saying we would only receive one months rent back. Even though the water and mold have been an issue since day one! We are possibly looking at having to throw out our furniture do to the mold exposure. All we wanted was to have the mold and flooding issues addressed, and continue our lease. If it is uninhabitable because of mold it has been since day one! Nothing has changed it's still flooding and still moldy. They are kicking us out because they do not want to fix the issues. It's going to be passed along to the next poor sucker who also has no idea of the situation. Do not trust courthouse property management.

We rented from Courthouse for 1 year. The owner of the house was very involved with making sure we were happy. Paula and the staff were very friendly and handled maintenance issues quickly. The owner would occasionally come by and ask if he could fertilize the backyard or bring us a Christmas gift unannounced. Since we have nothing to hide, we always welcomed them to our home. Courthouse is professional and we received our FULL deposit back quickly.
